      Working non-stop was always expected, regardless of how many hours you worked that week. Very little time off

      Pros

      Incredible team of professionals that can do just about anything. Collaboration is encouraged. Micromanagement is kept to a minimum with real actions and debate. Teams are able to create and implement various parts of an engagement in house from printing to production allowing total control of the message.

      Cons

      finding a good parking spot can be an issue if you are late.
