      - A constant challenge. No such thing as a boring day - Plenty room for employees to grow internally if they want to (and work for) - Company culture. There's truly nothing like it! - Global team - Flexible hours - Flexible minds :)

      - For the most part, you don't get to meet your colleagues in person. - Getting used to time zone differences might be a challenge.

      Excellent environment to work, grow and learn. Everyone at CodeCrew are always there to give a hand when needed, with patience and kindness to help you go through every process from the begining. I think their core values talk a lot about how they got this far, each part that makes CodeCrew possible is because of teamwork, responsibility and consistency. I highly recommend this company, their work is just amazing and I love the way everything's organized and functional. They are always keeping an eye on what needs to be improved, giving meaningful feedback and taking care of helping you to achieve the best results.
