    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Collaborative for Children full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The people I worked with were committed to bettering the lives of young children. Flexible work hours allowed me to attend my children's functions. Working at a non-profit I was exposed to many more types of responsibilities that I would not have at a large corporation.

    Cons

The workload was tremendous, the job description was over the top for an hourly employee to keep up with.

    Advice to Management

Review job descriptions so that the employee has a chance to get the work done.
