Pros

Exposure to a lot of brands and PL accounts, learning about sourcing and pricing, you will become a well rounded designer

Cons

The people at the bottom do all of the work and the people at the top take credit, too much competition within each team, "mean girl" atmosphere, there is favoritism, difficult work environment

Very talented design team Beautiful showroom

Cons

C18 cares more about how they appear in front of the customer than how they actually treat their own. Senior management is very rude and expects the mid-management to do all their work. Under appreciated is not the word. I use disappointing as my title because you have an organization with great product teams, nice, smart people. However, you have senior leaders who treat their teams with disgust and it continues to be a trickle down effect.

Ageist, faux creative collaboration, fake BS corporate atmosphere- despite 💭 ing of themselves as creative leaders..they are rip off copycats with a handful of actual creative designers
