I've never been a part of an organization that cared less about their employees. If you are considering a job here, I strongly urge you not to take one. It is disorganized, very short on staff and very unwilling to compromise. They were dishonest, only concerned about how employees could help them and not the other way around and has the highest turnover and dissatisfaction rate of anyplace I have ever been. Don't do it!
