I worked at Command Center part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Paid better than labor ready, and if you're ok spending a bunch of money on the outfit, banquet servers get better pay.

    Cons

Omaha managent is VERY prejudice, has a lot of favoritism, and if the afternoon dispatch/manager has to come in early, he acts like it's the end of the world. Some days he would close the office early just so he could go home which prevented employees from getting their checks.

    Advice to Management

If the same management is still at this location, good luck keeping reliable temp workers that aren't on drugs on the job

I worked at Command Center full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The employees were a great group of people until the company moved to Denver (still a pro . .right?)

    Cons

I can sum up all of the issues with this company with one word . . .Executives. They seem to think because they have a 'C' at the front of their three letter title, it means they are smarter than the people who actually do the work at the company. I think they are going to learn that is not the case.

    Advice to Management

listen to your employees, don't just dismiss it as a complain or a concern. Actually LISTEN

    Pros

As an Officer I must Report Serve and protect

    Cons

As an employee I felt as though that inside of Turning Point Clinic there was not enough hours to offer employees

    Advice to Management

Besides all odds, any and all abilities to grow.... Must be ambitious to work.

I have been working at Command Center part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The good things about working at the command center is that you can get great work experience and you social skills will grow cause they work with many different companies.

    Cons

The down side about working with at the command center is that there is not always steady work and that the dispatch is between 5.30am to 8.00am.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be is, that I would extend the dispatch time because some employees have to travel to make it at the command center or some have to ride the R.T.R and buses between 6.00am to 6.30

    Pros

    Can't think of a pro

    Cons

Not Daily pay as promised, doesn't put employees first, no paycards only checks. Still waiting after 9 days to get paid.

    Advice to Management

Do your job correctly and effiently. Give job seekers respect and explain details of job requirements. Don't say a job will be 4-12 hrs long, get exact/more logical info

    Pros

There use to be pros when previous management was there but no now!

    Cons

They play favorites to their family & lovers.! They have female prostitutes' working there that have STDS ;that are affecting married &taken men. The manager is a crook car sells mans. You could wait week before receiving your check! They have the laziest trouble making drug using dirty stinky employees as their good worker & the real good workers they DNR them from every job do to the lies from the bad ones plus they refuse to pay the unemployment to former workers They had a worker whom would pay you less hours then you worked to give the hours to family &favorites meaning you worked 8 hours & only get paid for 5.5 hours the missing pay would go to someone who didn't even work at all! Manager knew all bout it & signed off on it too. there are big time thieves..

    Advice to Management

Clean up your act & replacement manager get rid of the bad apples! Stop throwing the good apples away
