Pros

Loved the team from Denver. They were great and relatively understanding.

Cons

Benefits and pay were seriously lacking. Struggle for a parent to work with restrictions on using pto.

Pros

Relationship you build with families and local coworkers

Cons

Higher ups from out of state don't take accountability, blame you for their mistakes. Do not communicate effectively or in a timely manner, do not pay attention to state-by-state guidelines, will take any opportunity to tear you down and humiliate you. I did not get training for the position I was hired into until 4 months after hire.

Pros

Having the program for the families

Cons

Unorganized, inconsistent, waste of resources to HS communities, wouldn't work there again for six figures.
