      1) New ownership - the new owners want to grow the business and increase services. 2) Great place to start your career and get experience. 3) Many nice co-workers, definitely has a 'community' feel.

      1) Communication from leaders is not always consistent. 2) If you work in the ED it is SUPER busy all of the time.

      Gain some knowledge from SOME people that actually know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Worst Management in Lab, Terrible working conditions, no AC, terrible pay for all the amount of work we have. Favoritism, people do what they want.

      Free parking but may wreck car due to pot holes and never being maintained

      Cons

      -favoritism towards employees who are spiteful and conniving -management are not skilled, unprofessional, and incompetent -unclean -parking deck dangerous -elevators are dangerous -messy place to work
