Pros

Working with the clients. Improved my skills in communication and advocacy. Mostly flexible schedule. Overall meaningful job.

Cons

Wasn't transparent about the commute (like having to attend training 90+ minutes from home) Last minute schedule changes (like the night before). Very inconsistent scheduling. Checks were sometimes sent in the mail. Minimal benefits for part time. Can lead to burnout and fatigue not addressed by managers.

Cons

Lots of travel. You have to travel between job sites and your time traveling is unpaid with minimal mileage reimbursement
