Awful Employers

Pros

Decent salary Good sign on

Cons

This company is the kind of company that is ruining veterinary medicine. Cost increases are passed to the client to the point of unaffordability. Management lacks any semblance of cohesion and frequently makes promises they cannot or will not keep. The hospitals they buy do not get improved, and they conveniently did not tell staff members that the clinic they were working in was infested with mold and asbestos until long after they had been working there.

Pros

Regional leadership in northeast has been great. Fair and reasonable requests of hospital. No micromanaging, reasonable targets.

Cons

Sometimes they lose sight of what’s practical on a hospital level. Senior leadership can at times, run with an idea without getting real feedback from hospitals.
