Unfair work distribution and weak management hinder success

Benefits are okay. Better than some

Cons

Back end management is not strong. Work distribution is unfair. The management cowers instead of supporting their staff. People with no proper skills are hired, and put in higher positions due to nepotism. Work delegation is very unfair. Management is not part of a team. Meaning non working manager. Stay away if you want to be valued and compensated fairly with your skill set.

Management cares, good work-life balance, good PTO policy, consistent yearly raises, good 401K match and other benefits. Nice gift options during work/company anniversaries and holidays.

Cons

No continuing education benefits for operations employees (no tuition waivers, etc), medical benefits expensive, specific areas of management resistant to changes requested, low/uncompetitive pay.
