      Don’t stay for too long.

      Pros

      A good entry level counseling position for people who want do gain more understanding of the field.

      Cons

      Full time staff are barely paid any more than relief. Little room to grow within the company. No masters level case management positions.

      Work with people dedicated to the missions of the agency, most importantly improving the community.

      Cons

      As with many non-profits, admin and program staff don't always see the same realities day-to-day, and there is significant pay disparity along the same lines.
