      You have a lot of flexibility with your schedule, get to do a lot of meaningful work, and everyone in the company is super friendly and approachable. You also get to work remote about 90% of the time, which is hard to find nowadays.

      Cons

      The work can become a little overwhelming and finding time to get everything done can be a challenge at times.
