I have been working at Complete One full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Have learnt so much here. I didn't really have much experience within business when I started so am pleased that I've had the opportunity to learn more about sales. Plus you get to be outside all day which I much prefer than sitting behind a desk! It's also built my confidence, talking to people everyday has made me more confident.

    Cons

The hours can be long and tiring, but you get out of it what you put it!

    Advice to Management

More one-to-one support to talk about our performance and how we can progress :)

    Pros

training is pretty good for building confidence the people are very friendly, maybe overly-friendly

    Cons

The management is extremely vague about the job, YOU WILL BE SELLING GAS AND ELECTRIC ON THE STREET. bothering people all day is extremely degrading. EXTREME working hours- sometimes 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. NO ONE- especially not self employed should be made to work that long. you will have literally no social life. i feel sorry for the people working here who have made complete one their entire life THERE...

I have been working at Complete One full-time

    Pros

I started here about 6 months ago with the promise of progression which I’ve had from other companies but it never came about. The manager said the company was expanding so needed people to want to progress. I was told I could get a supervisor / team leader position within a couple of months. To be honest I wasn’t sure. I’ve quickly realised why the progression is available so quick. It’s almost like a one week driving...

    Cons

The normal hours are longer that you’d expect. Commuting. It’s challenging. More mentally than physically, but challenging still

    Advice to Management

    Pros

As much of a training program as it is a job, you're taught the skills to run a successful business while earning money. Your background and previous is unimportant to the job which can often be a hindrance with other jobs. There's a friendly and positive atmosphere where everyone tries to help one another on a daily basis.

    Cons

The hours are long and with it being 100% commission things can be difficult when first starting the job but usually turn around fairly quickly.

Job is a good opportunity to drive your career in Sales! You work with some fun and enthusiastic people and can earn as much as you want if you are willing to work for it!

    Cons

Only downside really is that you tend to sometimes work longer hours than a standard office job.

Like a training course that pays you for what you learn. Great way of gaining confidence in speaking to people also progression is in black and white so you know exactly what you need to do to move forward.

    Cons

Definitely long hours but they fly by, your feet will hurt at first if you are not used to it. It will be hard work at first but if you stick with it you will start to see results and the progression
