Can create your own working hours and control over the size of your caseload.
Cons
This place is incredibly deceptive. mismanaged, unprofessional, and they do not care about their therapists. I have hundreds of dollars of unpaid claims due to their carelessness. Their billing department is inept and they provide zero support for the clinicians that are paying their bills. If you are an LMSW I highly suggest finding a different private practice to partner with.
