      Worked there as a student for 4 years and was treated like family.

      At times it felt as if management did not have a specific direction for success but was more prone to just giving out busy work.

      I have never worked for an institution that had such a caring and supportive community. Employees' family and selves are top priority. Excellent benefits.

      As a university, wages are not competitive with positions outside of higher education.
