6yUnusual for us to have a negative review. Our staff retention rate is very high relative to the industry and we do monitor splits carefully. As an Associate Consultant we expect our staff to have to develop their skills and become a Consultant before they can justify their ability as a 360 degree recruiter and take 100\% of fees.
