    Pros

    Relaxed timings. You can work around projects to reach home in time. Seniors are pretty relaxed about when you come in as long as work is done.

    Cons

    Lack of motivation for employees. There are hardly any benefits or recognition for good work.

    Advice to Management

    Be Fair.

    Pros

    Very good agency especially for beginners.
    Lot of opportunities for growth and learning.
    Interesting people around to work with.
    Enough growth and creative organization. Overall, fun company.

    HR issues.
    Long working hours.
    Not many brands in mainline and only Social media in digital side.

    They only focus on hiring beginners at a structural level. Not an advantage to people who are experienced.

    Management gave freehand to work with client and confidence to increase the value of agency.

    They should hire creative people who must be expert in their particular field and come up with innovative ideas that can be completely original, or based on themes that have not worked in the past.
