    Pros

    Core is the only marketing agency that is evolving to meet the needs of clients. It has transformed its structure from a siloed group into a collaborative joined up business - very exciting plans

    Cons

    Better communication required to ensure all employees feel informed in a timely fashion regarding the many (positive) changes happening

    Pros

    Great culture, good benefits (health insurance, pension, profit share) good training facilities, good range of clients, a great place to work company,good location.

    Cons

    Offices are small, not enough space for meetings. The salary for this role doesn’t compete with other agency networks in the industry
