      Remote, work, hands off management.

      Cons

      Pay isn’t comparable to competitors. Way under market. Very slow to respond to field. Lots of nepotism within organization and favorite. Tries to be big player but doesn’t have support. Hire some competent staff to support business development efforts. They lose a lot of business because lack of support and attitude.
