      None at all not what so ever

      Cons

      Low pay. Want the best skill level for the lowest pay they can get. I have 22yrs documented welding certs. Pays 22 an hr. Hires you for one thing makes you do another. As long as the joke of office personal can make 200k a yr. Who care about the working man

      Decent money. Crews are cool.

      Cons

      Management sucks. It's all about one thing, making them money and fast. Will find anything to fire you for, so job security is a joke there.
