The pay is okay but bonus related.
Cons
Was told in the interview process that there was training provided to ensure you are not taking advantage of vulnerable people, this was certainly not the case. The company only cares about hitting targets and doesn't care about the person on the other end of the phone. You're also told to ring the CEO if you are ill, rather than your manager?
