We are a tight-knit team and very supportive of one another. There is no silly question and colleagues are always willing to jump in and assist. No task is insurmountable or unable to be resolved.
Cons
With any organization going through procedural changes, there are always teething issues and cSubs is no different. The positive with this is that everyone is always seeking more efficient ways to get the job done - even though change is a work in progress.
