You are always disposable Managers don’t really care about you and they also can get fired anytime

Associates act unprofessional, management is somewhat decent Not much room to grow unless your a favorite to them Advertised commission structure does not allow for individual to reach quota for month given that you are put on funnels for outbound calls decided by management. You could have a good or may have a bad one… who knows?
