Creatis is owned by 24 Seven and offers tremendous growth opportunities to their employees if you work hard. It’s a wonderful team environment where you feel supported.
Cons
None really accept some people gossip which hurts morale.

Pros
They stay true to their values and use them to make business decisions. It's a smaller business so decisions can be made quickly as business needs change. For a creative staffing firm, their benefits packages is pretty competitive to other similar firms. Friendly and competent staff who are always happy to help. Really excellent culture, fun happy hour events. Great team and beautiful offices!
Cons
If I had to choose a con I'd say that it's a busy office so while the workday flies by it can occasionally be high stress.
