This company is 99% cons. If you want to be micromanaged to death, then you've come to the right place. Your manager will direct message, email, and call you if they think you're not getting enough work done. The problem is, they take on new clients constantly even when they're understaffed and everyone has to pick up the slack. Having people from other departments jump in to do other jobs. They also want you to work overtime all the time and make you feel like you're lazy if you don't. Work-life balance? Non-existent at this place. The employee retention at this company is abysmal, it's basically a revolving door of employees. Even the employees who have worked here for years always end up leaving for a better job. The pay for this position is terribly low, especially in this current market. Not a living wage in the slightest. The health insurance selected by the company is expensive. They're also that company that says "we're like family here" which is a major red flag and a way to make employees think they care. They in fact, do not, unless you're one of the favorites. Those favorites are also the only ones that can grow within the company, otherwise, there is no growth. They also had a data breach last year in which employee and client information were taken and I'm not surprised that it happened. My computer didn't even have virus protection on it until I called IT for something else and they alerted me that they needed to add the software to my computer. Talk about negligence on their part. I would give my experience with this company 0 stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS or use it as a stepping stone until you can find something better. Your mental health will suffer at this company.
