      Pros

      Most coworkers are a lot of fun. The job will always keep you busy. Plenty of opportunity to learn new things. Health insurance is free!

      Cons

      "Mandatory" overtime sometimes has you working up to 70 hours a week. Management communication isn't great. They do NOT pay us what we are worth.

      Pros

      The company has been great to work for. Leaders know what they need to do to promote success and growth. Small company feel with big company backing. Support staff and project management is excellent and balanced. Most other companies I’ve worked with add PMs very late in the sales process creating an island for sales to work in where they don’t get support on a project until late, if at all.

      Cons

      I have no current negatives that leave me wanting more from the company.
