nice office spaces, and some great staff / customers to work alongside

- no hybrid work
- payrolls often ran late
- confusing bonus structure
- constant flow of payment requests from site suppliers and ex-customers which rarely got actioned. Was quite overwhelming to deal with, and seemed to affect every layer of the business
