      Flexible and chill place to work at, not very corporate like, good for beginner designer if they want to learn different softwares because work pressure is not so much

      Cons

      For a design agency, they don't have a qualified creative director and have no vision for the type of clients or projects the company wants to take. Wouldn't recommend any designer if they're trying to make a good portfolio with creative projects
