Pros
Such a solid team of kind, hardworking, no drama people who make the work life enjoyable. When we're all together in person, there's a really positive energy and it feels like everyone can be themselves. I've never had a better work life balance, and it's a breath of fresh air to work alongside people who are just genuinely nice and can trust each other.
Cons
There are a lot of changes that are made quickly so you have to be flexible.

Pros
The company/leadership is organized, there's great communication across the whole team, and we have a truly awesome culture. The people who work here are kind and competent. I'm mostly remote with some in-person meetings here and there, and that hybrid setup works perfectly for me. Overall just really happy here.
Cons
Not much honestly. There's no 401K though.
