Leadership does not care about employees: many benefits taken away, employees are getting fired left and right with 0 notice, and promotions are rare and extremely political.
Very disappointing. If you work in finance look elsewhere. As soon as you point out one of her errors that need correction, you will be fired; however if you don't point it out to get it fixed for profit loss statements you will be fired for not pointing it out. Lose lose situation in finance. Look elsewhere or you will regret it. Not worth it! Move on!
