The work environment is casual and relaxed. Management does a good job of recognizing and rewarding a job well done. The company does a good job of promoting a healthy work/life balance.
The company hasnt done a good job of hiring/putting the right people in the right positions. Too often, the decision makers in departments lack the vision and leadership skills to make the right decisions for the company.
Advice to Management
Executive management should definitely do a better job of hiring or promoting department managers. Some of the current managers lack the leadership required to keep this company moving in the right direction.
