Don't have to get in a hurry running a route and pay is descent. Management at the branch level is great. Corporate management is the problem.

As soon as mr holloway took over the whole company started going down the drain. The place is being run by someone that has no clue as to what they're doing.
Before the changeover to the cantaloupe system, a hard worker could get a lot of work done and control his or her own schedule to a large extent.

Route commission have been cut by forty percent or more, and workloads have been greatly increased (by cutting routes, and assigning more work to the remaining drivers). Employees are not kept informed of what is happening with the company, and most of what we are told is usually obvious lies.
