      Decent pay, good hours of operation.

      Cons

      Very poor management. He will yell, scream, cuss at you, and call you stupid. Absolutely no advancement opportunities. Also no overtime, ever!

      I really can't comment on this.

      Cons

      The most racist organization I've ever been affiliated with. The company has a 0% minority management team and probably will keep it that way so the good ole boy network stays in place. The overall workforce of minorities is about 4% African American, go figure.
