David relentlessly expounds about inclusion and empathy, but behind closed doors is an egotistical maniac that only cares about himself and promoting his false persona. I found him to be extremely passive aggressive and mean...a very different person than what he espouses to the outside world and clients.
Toxic leadership [David] has created a dysfunctional studio environment that couldn't be further away from the empahy driven ethos this firm appears to stand on. The appearance of empathy, care, and progressive values is more important than the practice which has led to a repeated exodus of talented designers.
