      I have been working at Group DCC for the past 3 months as a Senior Software Engineer, and my experience has been very positive. The work environment is professional, collaborative, and supportive. The senior management and leadership team are approachable, encouraging, and always willing to guide employees whenever needed. I truly appreciate the support and trust I've received since joining.

      None. They are a terrible employer.

      Cons

      It's a company run by two nepo-baby brothers who use the company as their personal bank account - everything, including salaries, is run to make them as much money as possible so they can buy another sports car, whilst employee welfare, quality of service, even regulatory compliance, all go out the window.
