- "Because work is salary based, when work becomes crazy and you need to stay late (because of surges in work), you are rewarded with a pat on the back, no extra pay/time off/etc." (in 4 reviews)
- "We have had some great managers too, who were really trying to fix things but they weren't able to with the executive in place." (in 3 reviews)

Pros
Good pay, good leadership in SEM department
Cons
The company can get hectic at times like any ad agency can.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Unlimited PTO, Great People to Work With, Easy to make friends at an agency like this. Be prepared to work for everything though. 8:30-5:30pm no joke.
Cons
No cons really. Everything is set up so that you are bound to not fail at all.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
It had a nice work environment.
Cons
There were office politics that were unsavory.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
The people that work there (not management) are the only good thing about working there.
Cons
So many. Not competitive pay, favoritism, no promotions and getting a raise is often more work than it’s worth, and they value toxic clients over their employees. HR is not helpful and doesn’t take action against complaints. Don’t let the responses from HR on here fool you.

Pros
Always getting new business and growing the staff
Cons
Deadline oriented and fast-paced work environment. A lot to do!

Pros
There were a lot of very intelligent, innovative, hard-working and driven people there. Most of the employees were awesome to work with.
Cons
Employees were overworked and underpaid. They were expected to work beyond the 40-hr work week, but required to take their PTO for a doctor's appointment. The workload greatly outweighed the compensation. People who were underserving got promoted and raises while those who worked hard and provided new ideas kept getting overlooked.
Continue readingAppreciate your feedback. The Auto marketing/advertising business is very demanding and isn't the best fit for everyone, our clients have high expectations and we expect to meet those expectations and therefore demand that from our employees. We value those employees who contribute the most are recognized and rewarded. PTO is provided to cover any needed time off. In 2021 we provide for unlimited PTO.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Office culture, consistent work flow, and an ever-growing company.
Cons
Often more likely to get more work done at home than in office, but you're not at home often. Non competitive pay in areas.
- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
They not only take the time to teach you their culture, they are always opened to hearing your ideas for doing things better.
Cons
Not really a CON - but they do keep you busy.
