      It’s not an AE role its all cold calling

      It’s a 100% cold calling role. I’ve been in sales over 15 years and I’ve never been lied to like I was at Darzin. They said it was mostly inbound when I started and switched it to all outbound. Very tough sale and the owner is a huge micromanager. If you have other options I would take them.

      We unfortunately had to terminate this employee and we have different views on the situation. We hope he is able to find a role more suitable for his skill levels.
