      Pros

      Great people, flexible and allow for work/home life balance. Work from home, good benefits.

      Cons

      Training is very weak, has gone downhill greatly. Technology issues, improving, but a challenge to work around. Sometimes big picture takes over the day to day reality.

      Pros

      The supervisor was interested in making sure her employees had her support at all levels. Great team atmosphere. Lots of support from fellow team members.

      Cons

      A lot of new responsibilities were given to you with very little training. High workload, no room for advancement, no raises.

      Pros

      PTO and flex hours were great. Got monthly PTO and could use it whenever we wanted.

      Cons

      This company don't care about people. A lot of them hang out at the bars together so if you're not in their click then forget it. They set production numbers so high it's hard to reach them. They've got no idea what production numbers should be at because they (upper management) don't know how to do the job they're wanting you to do. (Processing one record doesn't count when it's already been done for you, Jason.) Also about twice a year they'd "clean house". Management would tell supervisors they'd have to pick X amount of people to let go. They'd fire those people and then wait a few months then hire new people that don't have a clue what's going on. They could pay these people a lot less so it was all about saving the company money.

      Pros

      Good place to work, awesome co-workers. Work from the comfort of your home and still have great team dynamics that make the work enjoyable.

      Cons

      Not a lot of raises or promotions are given. Sometimes there are long hours. Work for home which for some could be a negative.

      Executive team is prompt to action with practical solutions that appear to anticipate employee needs.

      Cons

      Many of the middle management tears seem to have been placed there perhaps due to somebody they know rather than merit/skill. I've never seen so many 'managers' with such opportunity to better understand the difference between dictator and manager.
