      +Work from home +Some great team members +Ok salary

      Cons

      -Incompetent management and leadership. Managers ask every week what the team's updates are, as if we don't have meetings every morning. -Leadership is looking for someone to blame when things don't work. -Work instructions are vague. Leadership just says "figure it out". Team tries to figure it out, then hears no feedback from leadership until it's close to the deadline.

      Pros

      It’s a small company and has great inventory solutions. They service some the largest retailers in the world. Unlimited PTO, fully remote for most employees.

      Cons

      Pay is not really competitive. Experiencing growing pains as growth plans are pretty aggressive but not sure the market can support it.
