It's a good place to work before you become a full-time teacher. You learn a lot of practical teaching strategies. Especially if you will be working at a school with a lot of second English learners.
Cons
It can be hectic with contract deadlines.

Very Stable company, with a industry known product. Company is profitable which says a lot over the past 5 years. Pay 100% of employees health insurance.
Cons
The culture within the entire company is sour. Too much finger pointing and searching for ways to beat people down.
