Pros

- Amazing colleagues and coworkers. - Really great product. It really is the best HCM solution available. Although, almost no emphasis is on product anymore.

Cons

New President has completely crushed the culture of the organization. Prior to her start at Ceridian, it was truly a phenomenal place to work, and I planned on staying for a very long time. Almost immediately, she rolled out comp plans that de-incentivize performance. Quotas nearly double all competitors with OTE being less. The tiered comp plan is structured so that you don't make money until you sell at least 75% of annual quota (75% of current year quota is roughly full year quota from year prior- so you essentially have to sell the previous year's quota before making any real money). When you hit 75% of quota, you'll have only been paid out roughly 36% of your variable comp YTD. It's a total punch in the gut to break your back for such high sales targets, and be rewarded so little. In addition, of the ~16 executives there when they IPO'd, only three are left. Nearly all of them were removed and replaced with people from the new President's inner circle. So NONE of the existing leadership were the right people to scale the org after IPO, but almost ALL of their replacements from her inner circle are right for it? Convenient. This is all done because of the "moonshot" goal the president has set, which doesn't do anything to benefit the employees tasked to execute it- only share holders and the executive team. Ceridian has gone from a place that valued and rewarded top talent to removing value in its people entirely. It's sad, because they employ some of the best people in the industry. People are running for the exits now in droves. The culture is all about survival at this point. Everyone is just trying to keep a job at this point.

Pros

Outside of sales leadership, most of the sales organization works together pretty well. Ability to work fully remote is a plus.

Cons

Culture, compensation, and service issues
