Pros

Literally nothing. There’s no systematic functions. No proper training for job role. No transport given. Leadership is very micromanaging and not supportive at all.

Cons

Flexibility of working from home at least once a week

Pros

Opportunity to work on a variety of projects across industries. Exposure to fast-paced timelines and real-world client scenarios. Some talented team members who are collaborative and supportive.

Cons

The work culture leans heavily toward a top-down approach, where senior management tends to dominate decision-making. Limited space for team members to contribute ideas or challenge assumptions. Constructive feedback is not always welcomed, which can hinder learning and growth. Internal communication often feels one-sided rather than collaborative.
