Pros

I enjoyed working at the Hurst, TX branch very much. As the title says, it is now owned by an investment group but everyone is close and it has kept the "Mom and Pop" feel that it had for 20 years prior.

Cons

The biggest con I can give is the lack of upward mobility. If you aren't in the Houston area (corporate) it seems you might be easily overlooked for promotions/raises, etc. This is of course prior to the acquisition involving the Bishop Lifting Group.
