I have been working at DSM for almost a year now and I can confidently say that it has been a great experience. The company culture is very positive and inclusive, and the team members are friendly and supportive. Management is very generous with what you need to perform your work at a high level.

Since we are working remotely, it would be nice if there were more outside work activities to increase engagement. We already do it once in a while, but it would be nice to have more.
Our President lives by our core values that also resonate with what I want to do in life, like being compassionate. Very understanding and Reasonable with employees with kids and an employee benefit program.

We have so many project that will require you to work under pressure. If you’re a weak person that can’t handle criticism and tough situations, you won’t fit in this company
