Are you kidding me...destar and systemguru are same companies formed to invade US taxes...True american should never work for them

Cons

Never ever work with them, they keep 30-40$ margin on any candidates...so client expect you to work hard and more hours since they have sold your services at so high rates. Salaries are never on time...pathetic health insurance no other benefits. No one responds to your email or calls...I wish the company close down as they are tax invaders too. The other reviews are completely FAKE written by them..the company isn't in business for 10yrs so how come anyone worked for 10yrs...take my review as God's way of helping you to save yourself from crooked management

Sadly in this day and age of social media it is very easy for people to anonymously disparage companies and other professionals. We completely reject the opinions and false allegations of this anonymous post. Destar was formed in August 2007 and has been in business for over 11 years as of date. The promoters of this company have a very long and successful public track record of being in the outsourcing and staffing industry. This public record has been built on the foundations of integrity and professionalism - any other allegations to the contrary are a mischaracterization of everything the company and the promoters stand for . If this anonymous user has any professionalism, please post your real name and/or call the promoters to address whatever concerns you have, and since you claim you worked with us for 8 years you do know how to reach the promoters. If not, you are hiding under the garb of anonymity and spreading false rumors. Most probably a competitor who is losing against us given our focus on customer centricity, quality and performance. We completely reject your allegations - which are absolutely false.

13 Reasons Why? (You should not join this company) 1. Reviewed that you are seeing here is fake and was filled by pressurizing new joiners to give positive reviews on Glassdoor by the HR teams just after a few days of joining. 2. Toxic Culture, Politics, and worst working environment with little to less compensation. 3. Working Saturdays. 4. Even if you asked for leave for your own wedding company will tell you to put down your paper. 5. All the power and accounts are only in a few hands, even if you try to speak against those people, you will be executed badly in meetings. 6. Make your life hell to bring closures but not a single BU team member tries to bring new clients. 7. Keep unrealistic expectations from recruiters. 8. Company is bleeding money and instead of taking the right actions, they are laying off junior recruiters and on the other hand opening new offices which makes no sense. 9. Works on hiring and firing model. 10. People in management teams have no real experience in recruitment, so they fail to understand what a recruiter is going through or what is the problem at the ground level, instead of solving or working on that they play the blame game with their own teams. 11. Demands which are non-doable, expecting closures on such demands in a week. 12. Too many calls, sometimes 3-4 submission calls in a day and review call every week, which eventually doesn't give any real results but just put the teams under immense pressure which will only result in negative and will demotivate a recruiter. 13. Coming Up with unrealistic targets, without calculating how can a team of 20-25 recruiters can fulfill them with limited ongoing demands.
