Pros

Former team had plenty of talent and worked hard to make the brand successful. However, many of that team left or were pushed out.

Cons

Management is very overbearing, and the CEO will not allow employees the freedom use their expertise to forward the goals of the company. Every small decision is over-analysed, which means decisions are made slowly or not at all. The company was sold well to each new hire but almost all were disappointed.

Not a great company to work for.

Pros

Nice attitude during interview and gives you an illusion of having great culture and value there. Very little needs for over-time. Nice video production (Before ex-video team departure).

Cons

Mgmt lack of leadership especially in execution. Very little respect to employees and their jobs. Very centralized and micro-control mgmt style, team-work was highly discouraged and collaboration are all expected to report to the mgmt no matter how minor it is. As a result most new joiner leave in a very short period of time.

Good potential but lots of improvements needed

Pros

Big goal, casual environment, room to try new things. Flat structure. Lots of leisure spaces in the office. Some perks and good work life balance (in term of Hong Kong standard). Works have an audience and direct impact. Good potential if they hired some good middle management.

Cons

Hiring lacked standard, onboarding was chaotic (nobody knew what to do on their first day). Some great people, but also some apathetic teammates. CEO is never around, and no middle management to move things forward. Culture is lacking, and management couldn't band people together. When some employees left to compete with the company and team was destabilised, instead of strengthening culture and management the company went opposite direction to tighten rules, causing more people to leave.
