This is a good place to start if you’re new to sales. Training is simple and helps you get on the phone quickly. I’ve improved my confidence speaking with business owners and handling objections. The commission structure and bonuses are motivating, especially with daily incentives and weekly pay. The schedule is also a plus with no weekends.

Cons

Rejection is part of the job and can be tough some days.
