      Pros

      Helping plan events and wedding's with people and seeing there vision come together. Great team work form the sales department, linen department, dish department, warehouse workers, maintenance department to the field workers. It takes such a great team to pull off the number events we pull off.

      Cons

      In this business working long hours and in hot or raining weather is par for the course. It is never enjoyable but part of the job
