      Pros

      I worked out of the Canada downtown office for about 2 years Looking back at my early career, this job gave me one of my first opportunities in tech. The overall culture at the time was very boring, I was excited to work on some new technologies at the time like their new frontend they were building.

      Cons

      Overall very very stale and boring company to go to work for everyday. I was constant micro managed by XYZ to the point I wanted to quit many times. Overall management would turn a blind eye to his micro management and anger management issues. At one point XYZ literally crunched his keyboard keys in front of team members in frustration. Overall I felt minimized as an employee.

      Absolutely nothing, worst company ever.

      Cons

      HR is extremely unprofessional. There is no company culture at all. No management at all, they don't know what they are doing. There is no one is professional in the team. No work life balance, manager will send you message at 10pm. Looks everyone is looking for a new job.
